We offer programs and initiatives that help institutions enhance productivity, build resilience, enhance stakeholder value and improve customer satisfaction.
Since 2014, we have supported institutions in development strategic and business plans, risk management frameworks, develop policies and procedures, build capacity in agricultural finance, improve credit management practices and implement performance management frameworks among others.
We have also trained institutions and their staff on personal finance, credit management, leadership, anti-money laundering, sales & business development, supervisory skills, occupational safety & health, risk management and microfinance amongst others. We have also conducted surveys of customer satisfaction, training needs as well as impact of COVID 19.
